Do not exercise if your blood sugar values are low or high & diabetes is not under control. Do not exercise on an empty stomach.

Keep feet clean, warm & dry.
Change daily Into clean, soft socks & with well fitting shoes.
Examine your shoes everyday for cracks, pebbles, nails & other irregularities |
Do not use alcohol based solutions, it makes
your feet dry.
Never walk barefoot.
Never apply heat of any kind to your feet.
Do not cut corns or calluses yourself.

Eye |
Consult your doctor if you have pain in your eyes.
Have a yearly eye examination done by your doctor. |
Do not neglect any infection in your eyes, consult your
doctor immediately. |
